Closing out this year’s Open Water series in style, Mullaloo Beach will provide the final opportunity for competitors to improve their series rankings. As this is the last round for the 2012/13 series, the overall male and female series winners will be crowned!

1st Prize: $500 cash

              2 Tickets to the 2013 Swimming WA Swimmer of the Year Awards

 

2nd Prize: $250 cash

              1 Ticket to the 2013 Swimming WA Swimmer of the Year Awards

Timing Badge & Cap Pickup

Pre-registered competitors - Timing badge & cap collection will be open between 6:00-7:30am

Late registrations - A limit of up to 20 late registrations will be accepted on the day between 6:00-7:15am. Late registrations will incur an additional $20 late fee. 

During this process competitors will have their race numbers marked on their arms by our officials.

Note: These times will be strictly adhered to. If you arrive after the respective cut-off times you will not be allowed to race.

This is a water safety issue and is taken very seriously

Water Safety

Swimming WA will have support craft and personnel on the water and on the shore. We thank our partners; Surf Life Saving WA who provide equipment and staff to help us here.

Swimsuits

To swim in a Swimming WA Open Water Swim Series event there are no restrictions on swimwear.

However if you are a Swimming WA member and wish to use your time to qualify for Nationals then you must adhere to Swimming Australia (SAL) Open Water By-Law 7 on swimwear. Please view here.
